| Monday morning 2nd January 2005, we
found Kid dead in her bed. She looked very peaceful, and our vet has assured us that she did not suffer in any way. Apparently a blood vessel had burst and stopped the beating of the heard. With Kid gone we lost the last of our Gimlet children. But loads of the spirit lives on in Kid's children and grandchildren. |
